Kyushu University emphasizes industry-academia-government-private partnerships in order to maximize the use of all the university’s resources, including intellectual property, human resources, facilities, brands, and networks, and to give back to society. At the same time, through industry-academia-government-private partnerships, the university learns about social trends and needs and uses this information to revitalize its research and education.
