■Background and Purpose
Amidst globalization of research, joint research between Japan and overseas is still limited. This seminar has been organized with the purpose of promoting international research, and in particular joint research between Japanese and Foreign researchers. In the first half of the seminar, Japanese funding for international research will be explained. In the latter half, Foreign Grants to which researchers in Japan can apply will be introduced. Researchers from Kyushu University who were successful in applying to these funding will give their testimonials.
